The Philippine Embassy will be conducting Mobile Passport and Authentication Operations on/at:

Due to security concerns and the desire of the Philippine Embassy to maintain the integrity and quality of service to ALL consular applications, the Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the public that passport applications that will be undertaken at the above-cited
city will be limited to only 120 applications.

In this regard, please be advised that a pre-registration system will be implemented by the Office of MA Transworld GmbH in Hamburg.

Consular Mobile Operations shall be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The following services shall be provided:

• Acceptance of passport applications
• Legalization of documents (affidavits, powers-of-attorneys, et. al.)
• Civil registry applications (reports of births, marriages and death)
• Petitions for renunciation of Philippine citizenship

We wish to stress that only applications with complete documentary requirements will be processed. It is therefore important to review thoroughly the basic requirements for every application. As all applications will need to be processed in Berlin, please ensure that you also would include a self-addressed stamped envelope (amount of €3,50 euros) together with your application.
