Registration is for free!

To complete the registration with us, please follow the following steps:

1. Print an fill out the registration form

2. Print the Post-Ident

3. Take the registration form and the Post-Ident to your local office

4. Show the post officer the Post-Ident and your valid ID

The post officer will check your identity and will then send the forms to us.

As soon as we receive your documents, we will let you know and you will be able to start remitting to the Philippines.

The registration will be only once before you send money.

If you live in Hamburg or nearby cities, you can visit our office. We can do the identification and you can remit immediately.

According to the Money Laundering Law we are obliged to ask our clients for "POSTIDENT". It is absolutely necessary that the "POSTIDENT" form be filled out. It must be duly certified and authenticated with a stamp and must be signed by a Postbank- or Deutsche Post- employee. Without the "POSTIDENT", we are not allowed to process the transfer of your money.

For your security, all your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be given to others for further use.

We apologize for any inconvenience but this identification form is strictly required by the federal supervisory banking association (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) and the Deutsche Bundesbank. It is needed only once and is valid for any subsequent remittances. For further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
